It seems to happen when I change the global scale other than 100%. I have a 4k monitor so 100% scale kind of hard to read for me

Did you try the HiDPI option in Garuda Assistant?

The assistant didn't detect my monitor,I could choose option 2 but don't know what to put for dpi
Change Windows Decoration theme to see if it improves.
Use a Breeze theme.
