Webcam lantency + unstable problem

Hello guys. I have been having issues with my webcam and Garuda. When i try to use it with Kamoso, i get very low FPS and when i use it in Skype, FPS is fine but it takes a minute or two to become stable meaning it gets stuck then i have to disable and reenable the camera in skype.

As far as the solution goes, i have tried searching for answers in arch wiki, however nothing about lagginess or shutters is mentioned here.

I have also tried switching kernels with no avail. (linux-lts, linux-zen, linux-tkg-bmq)
