Welcome @JackalXFox. A good starting point is this article, which gives a quick rundown of some of the Garuda apps, what they do and how to get started using them.
Also from the Garuda Wiki is this write up about how to search for solutions effectively.
How to search for solutions the right way | Garuda Linux wiki
Most issues you will have with your computer have already been solved by someone else, somewhere else on the internet; if you get good at searching for solutions you will be able to solve a lot of issues you run into on your own.
Everyone should read the “System Maintenance” article in the ArchWiki at least once. It’s not that long and is jam-packed with good advice.
This last one is from another distro, but it’s still very relevant and has a lot of good advice. It’s not meant to be a “everyone should do these things” post like the ArchWiki article; it’s more of a “if you choose to do these things you will probably run into fewer issues” kind of thing. Definitely worth a read!
