I have installed Wallpaper Engine KDE but the wallapers aren't showing also I library is not updating.

Furthermore, which package did you install exactly and how?
What do you mean with "I library is not updating"? What is the context? Maybe there is some terminal text you could provide?
This is important because e.g. in case of manual build from source, you sohlud make sure that you installed all the required dependencies.

Note that Wallpaper Engine KDE requires Wallpaper Engine installed via Steam.
