okay, I'll install Garuda on live USB and will boot from it and track it's behaviour.

Forgot to answer the question - I didn't put it to sleep when I first installed it, and I installed Garuda on it when it had no OS before, so I suppose it was happening since the beginning. I'll make a live USB stick today and will go to sleep mode with it and report here.
The issue seems to have been gone on 6.5.0 mainline and linux-firmware-git
from AUR.
My laptop no longer wakes up on it's own, finally.
