Waiting for another package manager to quit

Pacman constantly says that another package manager is running even though its not. I did delete the db.lck file and also run "pacman -Syu --debug" which gave me this at the end

I think you booted into a snapshot.
I’m not sure how to fix this, but I guess at least could be the source of your problem…
With timeshift you had to confirm the restore from the Timeshift GUI.
Honestly I don’t know how it works with Snapper (probably in the same way).

I'm an idiot. I didnt realise i need to RESTART my pc after restoring it
