This issue doesn't seem to be related to Garuda, but a Virtualbox one.
Furthermore, it is missing proper information.
Inxi -Faz, what version of Virtualbox is installed, from where. What other packages related to VBox you installed, etc.
Start with a search on the Internet. There seem to be a lot of hits for that Result Code.
How did you install virtual box? For best results, you should simply install it using Garuda setup assistant.
And did you correctly mount the Ubuntu iso in virtual box? Did you follow some tutorial?
i installed from add/remove software
Maybe you have updated the kernel but not rebooted already?
Make sure also that virtualbox-meta is installed, which I think should include the kernel modules (I cannot check in this moment).
