USB to HDMI 3rd monitor NOT FOUND

It does not detect USB 3.0 as a video device but as an Audi I use Garuda Linux with these specifications System:
Kernel: 6.11.2-zen1-1-zen arch: x86_64 bits: 64 compiler: gcc v: 14.2.1 I have not been able to solve the problem to be able to use my external monitor. help please.

It takes it as audio but I don’t know why if it has to appear as video to give me video to my monitor please help
