USB Device not recognising in VM Virtual Box

Hello Garuda users and experts.

I have installed Windows 11 in VM VirtualBox. Windows is unable to detect my phone but its able to detect external HDD when i plug in via USB.

I have added the device from the VM Settings > USB but still not working.
I have seen an option serial ports, but don't know how to configure it.

Actually i am trying to connect my device (OnePlus 9) to install stock firmware via MSM DownloadTool. Neither its detecting in ADB nor in Fastboot.
Any help would be highly appreciated. Please help me. Thank you
