Update Unsuccessful

I did not use the computer for many months due to travel. Now when I run garuda update it returns error. I read garuda and arch forums and removed the blackarch and chaotic-aur from repositories. I also updated keyrings because it was showing untrusted keyring error before. I did basic things like cleared cache and package caches update mirror restart etc list but still not working. I was able to update the core garuda repository on 1 day back but not all the packages. please help. thank you in advance

This is the real deal breaker. I highly suggest going for a Docker installation for apps like Docker, this solves this particular issue and makes things a lot easier to manage it general. You can either ask upstream for an update or ignore the Nextcloud package update.

i do not want to lose all my data and installed packages.
i just find the packages and install from search

Run the reflector command again. It’s possible that the issues with specific mirrors were temporary.
sudo reflector --verbose --latest 5 --sort rate --save /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist
then run again : → sudo pacman -Syu
really hope it can be fixed with that .

:: installing nextcloud (28.0.1-1) breaks dependency 'nextcloud<28' required by nextcloud-app-socialsharing-telegram

Do a,

sudo pacman -Rdd nextcloud

This will force remove nextcloud and let you proceed with update. Though after updating it would reinstall the latest version of nextcloud as well since it’s a dependency of nextcloud-app-socialsharing-telegram
