Update fails and loops an error

The Garuda Assistant system update hast started throwing errors a few days ago, I thought that was just a temporary problem, but it has persisted for about a week now. To keep Discord functionality I have manually updated the package (sudo pacman -S discord), but nothing else to not break dependencies.
The looping error causes the terminal to run fast, but I was able to grab a screenshot before all of the terminal history was filled with this one error loop. As a new member of the forum I am not allowed to upload images, so I will type it instead:

And then it loops back to “looking for conflicting packages …”.
