have followed this guide to make my computer faster How to disable CPU mitigations (Danger zone) | Linux and DevOps Stuff !

But when I run sudo update-grub I got this warning

My understanding is this error has something to do with adding the memtest option to the Grub menu and it is fine to ignore it. If you want to resolve the error you can remove the memtest option by getting rid of /etc/grub.d/60_memtest86+.

I get that type of warning even with memtest and some other of grub.d files marked as non-executable.
But it is fine to ignore it, yes.
