After updating to KDE 5.25, I'm having issues reorganizing my applications in Latte. When I drag a pinned application launcher to a new position, the application link appears to break, there is a permanent background effect on the shortcut, and the launcher cannot be used. The next time the pinned application is opened, it returns to its previous position.
In troubleshooting, I did a "reset all configs" using the garuda assistant, however that did not resolve the issue.
Has anyone else run into this issue?
