Unable to connect to my Wifi network

When I try it asks me the password again and again

Logout then login

After that try again

Disable autologin

Auto login is already disabled
And logging out and then in doesnt work
And it asks me to authenticate the network not the password for my administrator

Then is your password correct ?
Try checking if capslock etc are on

I'm sure its correct

Have you entered the password in the terminal / text editor?
I have an old notebook here where a letter only works sometimes.
I was on the verge of madness when I noticed it after all.

Maybe you can change password in router?

I'm new to this
I dont understand terminal completely
And also I just bought a new wifi adapter so maybe the problem is with that so can you just help me out in installing the necessary drivers?
The model is Tp-link TW-725N

I mean test your keyboard if all char/letters work every time.
You can use text editor for that or a terminal.

Maybe @tbg can help, I do not use adapter or Wifi.

All keys are working
Alright

Sorry guys, been busy. Just noticed the ping.

Try this:

Select your wifi connection in Network Manager and apply these settings:

“All users may connect to this network”

“Automatically connect to this network when it is available”

“Store password for all users (not encrypted)”

Then, reboot.

Note:

Storing your password unencrypted is a slight security risk if others have physical access to your computer.

There is a possibility others who use your computer may be able to find your WiFi login credentials if it is not encrypted.

I just refreshed the mirror list a couple hours back and it connected outta nowhere. Anyway,Thanks!

Well, that's extremely strange, but glad to hear you've got things going again.

Welcome to the forum BTW.
