My upgrade to KDE 6 has been nearly flawless, but I am getting 2 minor issues even a few weeks later. One, System monitor seems to be counting my boot drive twice, showing a total space of 3.6 terabytes, not 1.8 like it should. Device viewer only shows the one drive of the correct size and its 3 partitions. Should I be worried about drive failure/corruption?

The second is I’ve been getting a regular stutter when watching videos of any kind(youtube, zoom webcam, etc) that seems to take over the whole system, lasting a few seconds every time. This did not happen in Plasma 5. I’m used to it dropping hella frames because google throttles me due to my adblocker, but not whole stutters.

Try X11, on login screen.

I was using the Wayland session in Plasma 5 and did not have these issues.

Tried X11, it does not have the stutter issue.

No, this is just a “visual” bug in system monitor - it’s just displayed incorrectly.
The system monitor has even more bugs after switching to Plasma 6 → just wait for a fix from KDE.
