Two docks after update

After I updated my system it seems like my system is trying to run two docks(?) at once. I updated both my PC and Laptop at the same time, but my laptop seems to be the only one effected by this.
I've tried to search around for information, but I don't even know what's producing the "ghost dock" at the bottom center and second top bar. Any assistance would be appreciated.

You're running Latte-Dock and Plasma Panels at the same time.
Not sure what prevented Latte-Dock from being removed of the automatic launch, but you can follow the steps in the Migration page to get away from Latte-Dock.

If you wish to keep Latte-Dock and live with the potential glitches, you simply have to remove the bottom Plasma dock and top Plasma Panel. To make sure you remove the right ones, just kill Latte-Dock process before (pkill latte-dock should work) and to make sure relogin after removing both Panel/Dock left.

Well, the migration is unfortunate. I was just getting used to working with it and getting things the way I liked it, and it has some QoL features I'm going to miss. (Like separating bars.) But it is what it is I suppose.
