Titlebar drag and drop is a non issue for me

i just wanted to say that i do not have this issue. ever since the replacement of latte-dock i can still drag and drop any window from the title bar when maximized or not.

i find this fact quite curious.

my garuda-itchy if it may help:

my appearance settings:
global theme - sweetified plasma
app style - breeze
plasma style - sweet
colors - sweetified
window decorations - sweet-dark
icons - beautyline
cursors - sweet-cursors

i recall that when latte-dock was glitching out and just as the new dragonized theme was being constructed i set my machine up with the above settings and used a method of importing the old latte-dock dragonized theme style to the main top and quicklaunch bars via a context menu from the desktop environment directly.
i have not switched my theme since, other than to change my desktop background and the animated splash screen.

feel free to ask for any other info people may want/need to figure out exactly why so as to perhaps replicate it for other users.
