Timed out waiting for udev queue being empty

hey garuda users.
I was updating my system today and got this random error I am not too sure to ignore.

( 5/27) Reloading device manager configuration...
Timed out for waiting the udev queue being empty.
error: command failed to execute correctly

I searched for this issue online but the only results I got were related to boot issues with long boot time which made me more confused and hence here I am for help.

I have attached the full update command output here in privatebin in case it's needed

here is my inxi

All I could find is that the message comes from udevadm settle:
systemd/udevadm-settle.c at 08a2bb7b82ee954b55fc3dec31f7107753307e0d · systemd/systemd · GitHub

I noticed this other error just before the timeout:

Failed to write file "/sys/module/pcie_aspm/parameters/policy": Operation not permitted
error: command failed to execute correctly

Yeah that always happens. I think powersave tweaks is the package reponsible for it since it started happening after installing it. I checked forum for it once before where filo mentioned an archwiki article explaining how this can be overcome with a kernel parameter but it says this is not for everyone and checking my system and according to archwiki it would be better to ignore that warning.

Thanks for searching meanruse I am sadly not smart enough to understand if I should just ignore this warning like the above one or I need to take some action.

Neither me... I guess if it just happened once it's likely nothing serious, but I don't really know.
Meanwhile, for searching online it seems to be better to focus on the update step, "Reloading system manager configuration", for instance: [SOLVED] Pacman hooks: "error: command failed to execute correctly" / Newbie Corner / Arch Linux Forums

Looks like some kernel config isn’t supported by your system (specifically this one) :eyes: This one is probably safe to ignore.

Yeah I wasn't worried about this since we already have a forum post from filo regarding this linking to this archwiki article that explains why this error occurred and how to resolve it if the device supports aspm which in my case isn't.

I am more concerned about the original error in the main post. Though I guess since it's only happened once and hasn't caused any apparent issues yet it should be safe to ignore.

I see I guess I will ignore this for now since I have only faced this issue once and haven't faced any apparent problems yet with my system. I guess I will update my system again today and close the issue if I don't see this error again.

I am guessing the package that triggers reloading device manager configuration hasn't been updated yet

Though I will just close the thread since I don't really see any apparent issues with my device yet and will just create another thread in case something does pop up or this issue appears again.
