What i noticed when opened the options gui and headed to the security->Thunderbolt, i saw the message no Thunderbolt support. Although i have package bolt installed and tested that the systemcli recognizes it.

First i would reboot as this means

Then I would

garuda-update

then reboot!

and see if you still have problems

Thunderbolt is a hardware/firmware spec. There is no package you can install that will upgrade your USB-C ports.
