First and formostâŚI use an Thunderbird plugin called Owl
. The University of Manitoba makes me use Micro$haft products like Teams and Office 365 email. I pay for that plugin and it works like wonders but there is also a free trial. It doesnât just bring your email to the surface, but it also connects your tasks, calander, and even Teams as well (assuming you need teams).
I suggest trying owl out with itâs trial period to see if the problem is solved. If not, then try something else.

MailFence works flawlessly in Thunderbird, and gives you a Calendar to work with. It has a good price, I use it to keep my email access out of Canada. I didnât want my email processed through any domestic exchange systems.
