Hi guys, if I run sudo systemctl --failed
I find this error: thinkfan.service loaded failed failed Thinkfan, the minimalist fan control program
can you give me some help?

The links @tbg posted suggest you re-install thinkfan package.
If it is from chaotic repo, maybe it will soon be "fixed" from auto-recompile, so check for an update. Else, install the AUR package.
If it is from AUR, re-install with your AUR helper.
