I just updated to the latest Hyprland version. On the SDDM login screen, the face icon now appears as a bright, solid-colored circle. I don’t think it looked like this before. I’ve tried adding a custom face icon or using the default one, but neither works. Even when I boot from the new ISO in the live environment, it still shows the same bright circle.
Please, tell us the exact ISO name.
Also add your garuda-inxi.
A picture, later, could be helpful too
