The ToolTip doesn't disappear

Hello community,
when I hover over the window buttons the tooltip appears but then doesn't disappear itself, I've to restart every time when the tooltip get stuck.

I thought I messed up something again so I reinstalled Garuda Gaming Edition with a fresh ISO and the problem is still here.

Sounds like a new latte dock (or KDE anyway) issue that should be reported upstream (at a quick search I haven't found anything about it in the KDE bug tracker).
Actually, I remember an old reddit post of the former latte maintainer explaining that for tooltips latte relies on the KDE framework, so maybe something should be adjusted due to KDE 5.26 changes.
Of course, all the above if the issue can be replicated (I'm not at home today, but I remember having seen some tooltip hitch recently, not needing a reboot anyway).
Well, I see now you even reinstalled, so it's more than reproducible...

I actually had this issue a few months ago. IIRC I disabled tooltips entirely to solve it but I don’t recall how.
