The system doesnt recognize my microphone (I'm using a headset that has only one USB)

Hello everyone, I’m really new to linux and this is my first time using it, I downloaded discord, and it didnt recognize my microphone, I tried going into the Garuda Settings to see if my microphone was there but it wasnt too. I did a quick search about it and runned pavucontrol, and my microphone wasnt there too, it works on Windows perfectly, and i can still hear form my headphone. Srry if i’m with a simple problem, because i’m rlly new to everything here.

OBS: My native language isnt English, so srry if its hard to understand something

I didnt quite understand, is it this that you asked for me to do? I put that command lsusb -t and pasted the output here

Update: When i’m in a discord call the other people can only hear themselves in my mic, they cant hear me and the microphone that appears in discord is named
“alsa_output.usb-1c1f_H210-00.iec958-stereo.monitor”, and it appears in pavucontrol too as a monitor, but I’m certain that this isn’t my microphone.

This is a classica on Linux (Arch based) systems. Alsa is defaulting to a monitor source. This is a echo of the headphone output. Discord see this fake mic instead of your actual microphone and this sounds like a loopback that the people hear themself.

Srry abt the last post, I’ve said that i couldnt run the command, but I wasnt with alsa-utils installed, the output here:

Can you check .

join into a voice channel or try mic test. Then open the recording tab from pavucontrol. There should be to see Discord. Chance it from Monitor of. to actual mic or Analog input -H210 hopefully

hi, thanks for the support but I didnt quite understood, so when I join a voice channel in discord and open pavucontrol at the recording tab, all that I see is this:

And i actually notice something, when I’m with Monitor of TU116… I cant even hear the echoes, but when I’m with monitor of H210 i hear them, if you want me to full screenshot pavucontrol in all options, I can do it (for an example: screenshot when i’m at playback, output, etc)

UPDATE: Actually it worked, I checked the pavucontrol and found my mic at the input, I dont really know what i did but it worked, thx for the support and for your time
