Terminal front looks crooked

thank you, I already saw the changes and looked up by editing how to.

the letters have space problems, I would say, some are overlaying while others have a bigger gab, than some normal letter order in between.

This looks more an alacritty configuration issue rather than a fish one.
Have you changed the configuration recently?
