Do you all also face this bug , Telegram (installed from pacman ) crashes when you try to edit profile by navigating to Settings>Edit Profile
No. It works fine on mine. What is your package version?
$ pacman -Q telegram-desktop
telegram-desktop 3.7.3-1

It's working fine after doing a simple miracalous reboot
That's what you get for not posting your garuda-inxi.
