Tried to reformat a 16gb USB to normal again screwed up the mount location and my PC having issues with shutting off among other things

If normal shutdown is not possible, switch to a rescue shell (TTY), log in and enter the command: poweroff
or reboot

What is “normal” in this case?
What specifically was the mistake?
What issues did the mistake cause?
What is preventing you from correcting the mistake?
“Having issues” is not specific enough to be meaningful. Is it taking a long time, showing error messages, rebooting instead of shutting down, failing to shut down altogether…?
