Sweet, Kvantum themes newer than chaotic-aur

When I do a System Update from the Garuda Assistant, I get these warnings:

warning: kvantum-theme-sweet-git: local (r212.ab6a7d3-3) is newer than chaotic-aur (r212.ab6a7d3-1)
warning: sweet-kde-git: local (r212.ab6a7d3-3) is newer than chaotic-aur (r212.ab6a7d3-1)

If I run Refresh Mirrorlist before, it does not change. If I run Refresh Mirrorlist before, and I change country from mine (Spain) to the first option, Worldwide, it does not change.

I thought I had to let you know. I am so sorry if this post is wrong or inadequate.

This can happen from time to time, usually means no harm and the package will roll back up soon enough, if you insist on staying in sync you can just downgrade it with the regular installation command pacman -S package-name.
This can also happen if you update using paru and it builds the package directly from the aur, thus making it newer than chaotic's daily build.

Thank you for your kind reply. I just find odd that I have a newer version and I wanted the members of the Garuda team to know. I have not used paru, lately, so the newer version might have come only from the official chaotic-aur repository. I am going to sinc those two packages individualy as you suggest.

I tried to downgrade the packages but I received two errors regarding an invalid signature, so I left them be:

No need to downgrade if -3 work.
