Super long terminal startups

Hello guys! I have a strange and weird issue. When I launch terminal it takes a good 10 seconds to get past the "shell: fish" and a few other points in neo fetch i haven't done anything custom to the terminal its all stock commands like cd are taking a full sec but *system doesn't appear slow I did a full system balance 2 days ago and swappiness is 133.

The inxi took a good 30 seconds to appear.

Delete all your timeshift snapshots, do another balance, then reboot.

Create a new timeshift snapshot after rebooting.

I did delete them during the balancing.

Try bash .
