Stuttering and slow

Recently migrated to Garuda and having these stuttering issues. First, had massive issues with wayland so moved to X11 and those issues were resolved. But now, something as simple as opening settings and it just stutters and briefly freezes up. This happens whether I have multiple things open or on a fresh reboot. Not sure what to check as this is the only distro I have this issue with. Thanks

Yeah I searched around a bit but either they weren’t applicable or not my issue.

I had tried that cmdline option previously but it didn’t change anything.
