Ah okay, i am a total newbie to Linux Garuda , can you or somone else give me a step by step guide what i can do to update my BIOS like this and with that to fix the Issue ?
No Problem ,
There is a Guide on the website how to update the bios 
Download the bios file → extract it-> copy to a usb drive and update via bios.
