SteelSeries Arctis Nova Elite microphone not detecting

As the title says my Arctis Nova Elite USB headset is showing the output module just fine, but the input does not show up. Rebooting and updating does nothing. When I go to the audio menu, I see just my webcam and nothing else as an input. Connecting the headset via Bluetooth the microphone shows up fine, but I would rather use the USB base station for wireless and not Bluetooth.

With Bluetooth off:

There are a few packages for it in AUR. Did you try e.g. linux-arctis-manager or others?

Looks like the linux-arctis-manager has not been updated for the headset, so it just exits the service when trying to start it. The documentation to add a new headset to the program seems to be a bit all over the place and is a bit above my linux knowledge level. Will post in the issues for their github and see if they can help with adding the headset.
