hey all, just updated and now my spotify is borked real good. odd issuse and have tryed all the reg fixes but problem remains. songs star play for about 4 to six seconds and stop all songs do this. any help would be great i use this every day so it would be a big help thanks.
do we really need my inxi
Yes, cause
1st - its the rule for the issues sub-forum section
2nd - it doesn’t only show what configuration do you have but as well the status of it
3rd - 2nd is often related to the problem itself
4th - usually it always ends up by providing inxi, so, why not to provide it right from the getgo

Make sure you have done the following before you post:
- Search the web and forums
- Read How to search for solutions the right way | Garuda Linux wiki
- Read FAQ and Tutorials Table of Contents
Issue still unresolved? Then:
- ONE issue per topic.
- Describe your issue in detail. The more we know, the better we can help
- Show us the results of your searches, and what you’ve tried
- After rebooting, post the FULL output of
garuda-inxi
in the body of the post (not linked externally, or collapsed with the “hide details” feature)
- Format terminal output (including your
garuda-inxi
) as a code block by clicking the preformatted text button (</>) , or put three tildes (~) above and below the text
Without garuda-inxi this request will be moved to 4xx Client Error > 412 Precondition Failed
Do not use sudo in front of garuda-inxi, there are no private data in the log.
In short, it is inxi -Faz plus some Garuda extras .
Spotify was down worldwide yesterday, so your issue should have nothing to do with the update. By now the Spotify services should be running again without issues, so try again.
I’ll mark this as solved so that it doesn’t get lost.
