Sounds issues after fresh installation

Hi,
i’ve installed serveral times garuda, but this time i got issues with the audio :

it’s in french but it says that no audio output is detected.
the install is running on a xps 15 9560 (portable computer)

i tried with pavucontrol and the only thing that exits is a dummy output.

Pavucontrol is for pulseaudio , Garuda has pipewire , your inxi also suggests that . Perhaps try selecting different output modes in kde system settings.

My system settings in the audio part is empty, i don’t have any audio inpu or output, even when i plug a headset in jack.
i’ve rebooted several times but nothing has changed.

can it be some audio drivers specific to my laptop that are not correctly loaded ??

Ok, update, the problem was solved !
It was a conflic between multiples kernel drivers, i had to remove some

It would be nice if you could tell us which drivers caused the conflict and which ones you removed to solve the problem. This might help others with similar problems :slight_smile:
