Some links on the website are broken, and no link to Garuda Downloader

When I needed a new Garuda Qtile image I was surprised that we don't have Garuda Downloader mentioned somewhere on the site, only programs that it deploys (Rufus, Etcher/Ventoy). I was also surprised that OSDN and Sourceforge links were not up to date, throwing a 404 error. So I needed another three clicks to download the image. Seems like some other DE's and WM's are also affected.

SFnet work here, but sometimes ISP have problems.
