Restoring Latte with Garuda Assistant worked. However, there are still a bunch of my settings that have been lost, including KWin script customizations, task switcher settings, etc. Is it possible to get these back by restoring a backup of something in my home folder?
Re: kernel, I used to use Zen, but I switched to LTS a few weeks ago after running into problems. It's in this thread here. I would still like to use Zen, and while LTS has been working, I still feel like whatever happened with my system hasn't been fully fixed, as I still have two separate Garuda Linux installations in my grub menu.
