[Solved by Magic] Crashing Is A Pain

so is it me or everyone facing this issue.... system settings app crashes every now and then.... sometimes other system apps too... btw i had to move back to garuda kde and it was very confusing for me to use garuda i3 and garuda bspwm was not letting me to shutdown the pc :cry::cry::cry:

Here are no crashing's.
All work fine.
So best is went to KDE

This is not uncommon. For my case, it was about proper gpu drivers configuration. I had it as a nightmare, though now it never happens.

settings app and system apps started crashing since 5.9.11 kernel update... what to do

the only crashing i've had was with garuda gamer and welcome apps. everything else is great

Confirm your video drivers are properly configured.
Check:

inxi -Gxxxz
cat /proc/cmdline
grep -i ^modules /etc/mkinitcpio.conf
ls -l /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/
ls /etc/modules-load.d/
ls /etc/modprobe.d/
grep -iE "Time|error|failed|not found" /var/log/Xorg.0.log

I had a situation over a month ago where I was experiencing crashes/freezes on the Zen kernel.

Swapping kernels was usually enough to fix things up. Always test at least 3 alternate kernels if experiencing random crashes or freezing.

everything is ok

Do you mean that you have no more crashes?
