First i installed the software with snap and after when i uninstall it , always with snap while doing : sudo pacman - R (software name) , the program was uninstalled but the software application manager is still on my pc , it has no icon and I can’t remove it, someone can help please

Are you using Snap or Pacman? They are not the same.
In general the issue is very unclear.
