There is a part about search before posting help requests and what you have try to solve the problem.
snappert-tools

update-grub

Where does the list come from?

from garuda-assistant journal errors

If you don’t mind that your old snapshots are deleted (so you don’t need to restore a snapshot at the moment) I think you could try an

update remote reset-snapper

is it safe to do that

It is safe.
But keep it as last resort.
It won’t hurt, but rechecking the script, it resets only the snapper config, not also the grub-btrfs config, as I seemed to recall. Sorry.

yeah it didn’t fix the issue.

Could you please provide the output of

systemctl status grub-btrfs-snapper

I have the same output and it works fine for me :frowning:
maybe you could try reinstalling grub-btrfs and then update-grub.

I didn’t .

yep that fixed the issue , though i needed to do grup-mkconfig afterwards.
