If you don’t mind that your old snapshots are deleted (so you don’t need to restore a snapshot at the moment) I think you could try an
update remote reset-snapper

It is safe.
But keep it as last resort.
It won’t hurt, but rechecking the script, it resets only the snapper config, not also the grub-btrfs config, as I seemed to recall. Sorry.

I have the same output and it works fine for me
maybe you could try reinstalling grub-btrfs and then update-grub.

yep that fixed the issue , though i needed to do grup-mkconfig afterwards.
