Should the installer (or post install step) ask if you want a performance vs laptop config?

I think this would be useful for a lot of people. I'm not an expert but the basic steps that would be taken if user chooses laptop -

powersave-tweaks vs performance
LTS vs zen kernel (not sure how much difference this will make)
enable auto-cpufreq, tlp etc
enable hibernation
any other tweaks needed

Not every user knows these exist or what the right combination is, as we see in the huge laptop discussion thread. And they will definitely make a difference.
