I have been used to open any folder, e.g., /home/usr/my_folder, and press shit+F4, fish terminal would appear immediately as if I had pressed ctrl+alt+t and typed cd /home/usr/my_folder and this used to save me a lot of time.
Since I used pacman -Syu the command shift+F4 seems to be triggered, it seems like the OS is trying to open fish terminal, but it does not open.
At this screenshot you can see what happens. This icon close to the pointer appears when I press shift+F4, but fish does not open.
But if I right click on the folder, click on administrative actions and then click on open this folder on terminal, it works!
Very strange, I reinstalled dolphin and fish, but the issue persists.
ctrl+alt+t still works as expected, but shift+F4 on dolphin does not and "opening folder on terminal as admin" works

Not completely sure, I would say 85% certainty
Hundreds of things were updated and it already had caused me a lot of trouble, I would not like to mess up with it again >.<
Some time passed since I've done it so I would not like to restore to that old state again, but yes, since that day shift+F4 is not working as expected
