Not to be pretentious here… but I do love animals. There’s certain “clarity” to animals, since they are closer to nature.
I found it kinda snob and arrogant when a ~35 yo woman comment on a photo made of a lynx and said " What kind of a beast was that ?" lol, what kind of a monster is that?
Oh dear. Obviously, a lynx in its natural habitat.
People are so full of themselves now a days that its unreal. A local forest creature, living its life is a “beast” now.
Anyone ever had a hike in a deep forest and see deer running across the field? Its kinda magical, when its undisturbed nature.
Today came home, long dark drive, storm outside with heavy rain. Saw the poor creature go over the road. Man… When I retire x10 years I want to live close to nature and some water near a deep desolate forest and enjoy being near undisturbed nature. There Is so much beauty in this world, there to be discovered.

That’s what I said the first time I saw my Radical cat (I didn’t name him), a 1-year old at that time. He looked like he’d been assembled from 3 different cats–his head, body, and tail sections just did not match. It looked like he had the tail of a fox and ears of a bat. He was aptly named.
He grew out of it and is now a very handsome guy.

Weapon intimidation at 96/Steele according to one caller. Suspect is a black male in a Batman shirt carrying a large speaker or stereo. A Sgt arrived and did not see him, but saw a white dude with what looked like an umbrella that he was handling like a sword, and twirling like one of those sign twirling folks.
Then a female ran towards him screaming at herself and jumping up and down. Transients behind the store saying it’s a bogus call. They found a possible suspect and questioned him. He is saying the other guy pulled a gun on him, and he took it from him, so the other guy called 911 and ran into the woods. (That’s where his phone is pinging, and this turned out to be a bb gun) Transients now saying the caller is missing his left arm, and is called “Lefty”, lives in the trees, has red hair, and that he is the instigator and the other guy is the victim in this.
I thought this was going to be a bogus call but it turned out to be real, and just kept getting better and better.

FB sucks ,closed loop. You dont have an account cant watch it. Then again sometimes you can. Everything with these is over complicated.
An alternative to YT* that actually has content is Odyssey, which claims to be more algorithm free and I believe ads free.
There’s a reason people use this platform.
Then again you must ask… What if this platform goes mainstream? Its probably going to be messed up like the others. I don’t know.
Actually Paying for service is better than these confuser services.
Usually people criticize yet don’t offer any alternatives.
I use Odysee now and again, it is ok. I think, especially now that the political situation has become…‘charged’ more so than usual, YT is heavily censoring, and thus removing or demonitzing its users. Which is promoting a lot of them to use Rumble, which I like. It doesn’t have all the fancy bells and whistles, yet, as YT, but they are constantly improving and it has a lot of the independent content providers you find on YT, or once did.
Youtube is Ok, when I use empty search as home page.
I am going to bookmark Rumble next to YT and Odysee
