Rsync returned an error. Failed to create a new snapshot

So the problem is back.

Temporary solution should by appied in that case. Do you think that problem would be solved somehow at future? Rsync work ok as they said but not with that timeshift version…

What now, solved or not solved?

If I understand all this correctly, you are not using Garuda’s default configuration. So your contact would be the Timeshift developer.
Garuda has been using snapper with Btrfs for some time, maybe you should not have used your ancient ISO, but a recent version.

Well, for me solved. As issue was that I couldn’t create a snapshot. Now I can. Just confirmed that rsync version is resposible and workaround with downgrading is needed.

Update: These dos not change the use of timeshift to snapper.
Upgrade: If you use both, it’s your part :slight_smile: . In your inxi I see only timeshift.
