Refresh Rate problems

I'm trying to set my refresh rate to 144hz I already set it in the Nvidia settings and display settings and also in kwin.rc compositing putting refresh rate 144 and max 144 it use to work but not anymore ive been looking around but can't find another solution does someone know of another solution I'm using Garuda dragonized with plasma 5.27 and also there the garuda-inxi Thank you

Its just that under settings in the display section putting it to 144hz never sticks upon reboot, so I found on the internet that if you go in kwin.rc and add to the compositing section your desired refresh rate, mine is MaxFPS=144 Refresh Rate=144 it use to work when i would reboot my system the setting would stay but in plasma 5.27 in Garuda doesn't seem to work every time i reboot it reverts back to 60hz.
