Hello,

I have followed the instructions from Arch Linux - News: Git migration completed and am still getting this issue. Can someone please help me resolve this?

You can downgrade, but why?

Thank you @SGS, but I don't understand. Would you mind explaining what happened on my system for this to occur please? I have run the commands you have given and now I'm not getting this output so 'fixed'. So I've downgraded? Why have I needed to downgrade in order to not get this output. Apologies, I'm fairly new to Linux. I've tried reading up on this but I don't fully understand.

A "warning" doesn't always equal an error. SGS was saying you could downgrade but there really isn't any reason to.
Rarely you will get these kinds of version warnings when packages change their numerical "naming" conventions (like with reshade a while back if memory serves correctly), and that would be worth a manual fix. This instance with reflector-simple, does not look like it is the case however.

Great thank you for that @Kayo. I will remember that for future.

Again, thank you guys.
