Try adding
GRUB_OS_PROBER_SKIP_LIST=xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
To your /etc/default/grub and then
sudo update-grub
Where xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx is the UUID of your btrfs system partition (check with
lsblk -f
