Hello again!
I have a question, nothing is working wrong for now, this is just a QUESTION.
I know that I can create a shortcut for rebooting the PC, that is fine. But I have been trying old key combinations for rebooting, and they do not seem to work. Sure, they are not for KDE, but I still had to try. I also tried to look for some online, but they do not seem to work in Garuda? (or KDE?)
So, anyway, is there a key combination that I can use in my un-dragonized dragonized KDE Garuda Linux gaming edition? Is this even still possible in modern Linux?
I do not include inxi reports, because there is nothing to fix or report (SGS-sama, please do not kill me).
Thank you!
There are a ton of defined and definable keyboard shortcuts in Settings.
There is a symlink for reboot in /usr/bin
, so an easy thing you could do is just make a new shortcut for a custom command, and set the command as /usr/bin/reboot
.
i’m always using terminal for reboot
and have set in keyboard shortcuts with meta+esc to poweroff
OK, yes.
I had NO idea that I could create my own key combinations. I seem to be stuck on the past O_O
I already have shortcuts and I use them, but thank you for the update!
WHY is this simple yet powerful information not readily available when I search for it? Am I asking the wrong questions?
Thank you so very very very much to all of you. I really own you people an Asado.
It is. In System Settings. Explore the Plasmaverse.
Well, I see. All I can say, is that ¨Explore the plasmaverse¨ sounds like a film title to me, not as potential useful information.
Also, what would you like for an Asado?, i am OK with Chicken, I like Cow meat the most, I do not eat Pig, but maybe you do? I guess you do not like Entrails? (but those are very popular here)
Like…guts?
Yeah, thin and thick intestines, kidneys, stomach and brains are the usual, but there can be more things.
Barbacoa, please, chicken or beef.
Like them things they pack sausage stuffing into?
Blood Sausage makes my toes quiver! Yum! (watching @BluishHumility retch uncontrollably).
EDIT: I apologize if I offended you or you food preferences. I’ll admit, the first time I ate muktuk or agoodik my stomach almost rebelled. If they hadn’t been proffered in the way they were…
