I’m afraid your feedback is still woefully insufficient to provide you with a guaranteed solution. After giving you instructions to provide full terminal inputs and outputs of any driver installation, your reply was again basically “didn’t work”.
I apologize, but I am far too busy at this time of year to devote extensive time to troubleshooting a wifi issue where no useful information is being provided by the user.
Good luck resolving your issue. You are in good hands with @filo, and hopefully he can help you correct your problems with your wifi.
Unfortunately I'll also be almost unavailable (not at home) for the rest of the day.
The modules seem ok. I don't see the kernel one, rtw88_8822ce, which would have been a problem.
As next troubleshooting steps, I suggest you try:
(this is all from @tbg )
i disabled mac address randomization
i disabled wifi pawer saving in windows and fastboot in windows
still it is not showing any wifi (i mean not even my phone wifi )
i searched arch wiki
and tried the following

The above command should instead be:
cat /etc/modprobe.d/rtl8822ce.conf
Post the above command ^^^ as well as:
cat /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/default-wifi-powersave-on.conf
cat /etc/default/grub
I would also like a full lsmod:
lsmod | sort
Also, please post excerpts from your logs:
sudo dmesg | grep -Ei 'error|segf|fail|broke|warn|dump|denied|firm|regdom|cfg80211|alpha2|wmi|rtl|wl|blue|deauth' | grep -viE 'acpi|ras|nvidia'
Also, please post:
rfkill list
bash -c 'hwinfo --netcard --bluetooth | grep -Ei "(speed|hotplug|model|status|cmd|file|detected|driver:)" | grep -v "Config S"'
Also try running the following command, (post full input and output):
sudo systemctl stop NetworkManager; sudo ip link set wlp3s0 down; sudo rfkill unblock all; sudo modprobe -r rtw_8822ce; sleep 3; sudo modprobe rtw_8822ce; sudo ip link set wlp3s0 mode default; sudo ip link set wlp3s0 up; sudo systemctl start NetworkManager
I will try to find some time tonight to look all your outputs over.

sorry but the last command didn't show any output
Then it was successful and your wifi should now be up.
Check that you have the latest BIOS version.
You should have created the file /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/default-wifi-powersave-on.conf
.
Disable wifi power saving. You can disable Network Manager’s power saving features by creating this configuration file:
/etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/default-wifi-powersave-on.conf
Add the following contents to the conf file:
[connection]
wifi.powersave = 0
You should have also added the pci=noaer
boot parameter:
Backup your grub config file:
sudo cp /etc/default/grub /etc/default/grub.bak
Then edit /etc/default/grub and add pci=noaer
to the end of the following line:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="splash rd.udev.log_priority=3 vt.global_cursor_default=0 resume=UUID=7ce6a9df-91f6-4306-9558-41c17928fff4 loglevel=3 pci=noaer"
After adding the boot parameter and saving your changes, run:
sudo update-grub
Reboot
Or, you can generate the change automatically with this command::
sudo cp /etc/default/grub /etc/default/grub.bak && sudo sed '/^GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=/s/"$/ pci=noaer"/g' -i /etc/default/grub
After adding the pci=noaer
boot parameter, run:
sudo update-grub
Reboot.
Test the newest changes with different kernels.
i tried everything you said but it is not working

Please edit your posts and do not post like in a chat room, also post the command in front of your terminal output.
That list of services was not the solving step in the linked thread, and seems ok to me (no service possibly conflicting with networkmanager).
In that case the journal showed an error in networkmanager in using the underlaying wpa_supplicant, so the solution was reinstalling wpa_supplicant (which, if I remember correctly, was once a solution also in our forum).
Maybe you could check if you see the same or similar error in your journal.
thanks any other solution please
i mean any suggestion (i am noob)
