Read and Write APFS files system

Hey guys, I am using Garuda as a dual boot with macOS. So, I am looking for an APFS file system read or read & write option with Garuda to access files between macOS and Garuda.

I have zero familiarity with Apple file systems, but perhaps the drive needs to have a chown operation performed on it. I couldn't say, because Apple is not my thing.
