I have an HDD that I shrank down the whole partition (that is ntfs) and made the other half to btrfs, then copied all the files the the new half. Is it safe or a bad idea to just delete the ntfs section and grow the brtfs section the the entire drive? Supposedly it’s safe but I’m very hesitant. And another thing, at the start of the drive there’s a 15 MB partition called Microsoft reserved partition, this was never a bootable drive and never had any OS installed on it. I assume it’s fine to also delete that partition too? I’m not planning on using Windows anymore either and I have no idea why it’s there to begin with.
